This license entitles you to 1 registration key, which activates the program. You are permitted to activate the program on 3 systems altogether: your primary system (presumably a desktop), your laptop in case you travel, and a secondary system in case your primary system breaks down.

You may not operate SAM products on more than 1 system at a time, and you may not share your SAM license with a third party.
